Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced RFP/Grant Writer to support our law‑firm focused client in public sector work. The role is fully remote, 15-20 hours per week, and involves leading the development of proposals, RFP responses, and grant applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with attorneys and leadership to craft compliant, persuasive content, manage timelines and maintain reusable proposal assets and templates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal or grant writing.
• Strong writing, editing and organizational skills.
• Experience with government RFPs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write RFP responses, grant applications and proposals.
• Coordinate timelines and content with attorneys and leadership.
• Maintain templates and reusable content.
