Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of grants management experience in a university or nonprofit.
• Knowledge of federal funding mechanisms (NIH, NSF, DOD, etc.).
• Expertise with federal funding guidelines (2 CFR 200, FAR).
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems for grants management.
• Experience with Grants.gov and electronic submission portals.
• Familiarity with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-award support to faculty and postdocs, including budget development and form completion.
• Prepare submissions for federal and non-federal funding mechanisms, including renewals and resubmissions.
• Identify opportunities, organize and facilitate proposal development, and ensure compliance with sponsor rules.
• Collaborate across clusters and offices to ensure complete and accurate proposals.
• Maintain documentation and support for audits and sponsor reviews.
