Job summary

Kim Joyce & Associates is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support grant development and tracking. You will coordinate assignments, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of grant materials with the Senior Project Manager guidance.

This fully remote role targets candidates in Pacific, Mountain, or Arizona time zones and pays $45,000–$55,000 DOE, with semi-monthly pay. Minimum 40 hours PST benefits included.

Qualifications

• Electronic filing and phone skills essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Adobe Pro.
• Experience with grant development or submission processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and update project status in Master Grant spreadsheets daily.
• Create assignments in project management software per standards.
• Audit funder due dates and coordinate with team weekly.
• Attend client calls and prepare meeting minutes.
• Maintain client files and update contact lists.
