Iem-69206e5b is seeking a highly organized Full Time Grant Compliance & Monitoring Specialist to support our compliance and monitoring initiatives. You will review program documentation for adherence to regulations, document findings, and assist with day-to-day project management activities related to grant compliance.

Responsibilities include identifying gaps, communicating with the team, maintaining audit-ready records, and using Excel, Smartsheet, Word, and SharePoint.

Formación

• Associates degree or higher in a related field such as business, accounting, or project management.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in compliance, monitoring, grant administration, case management, or auditing.
• Combination of education and relevant experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Review program documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Identify gaps and discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic desk reviews to assess adherence to program requirements and regulations.
• Identify irregularities or indicators of possible identity theft or misrepresentation.
• Identify and address potential conflicts of interest and maintain records to uphold ethics.
• Maintain audit-ready records of monitoring activities and prepare clear reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Use Excel, Smartsheet, Word, SharePoint, and program case management systems to analyze data and organize records.
