Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Government Travel Advisor Specialist to support U.S. military personnel and government travelers, requiring deep government travel management expertise and Sabre GDS proficiency to handle complex, time-sensitive itineraries.

This is not an entry-level role; candidates must be able to perform independently from day one. We value compliance with DoD travel policies and opportunities for growth within TP.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience with Sabre GDS and core commands (PNR, fare pricing, ticketing, exchanges).
• Experience with government travel accounts and DoD travel policy is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communications; multi-channel support (phone, email).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to corporate accounts for travel management.
• Arrange domestic and international travel using Sabre; manage complex itineraries.
• Provide consultative advice and upsell hotel/car services while adhering to travel policy.
• Handle end-to-end booking via phone, email, or back‑office systems.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for travel.
