Teleperformance is seeking a Government Travel Advisor Specialist to support U.S. military personnel and government travelers using Sabre GDS. This role requires advanced travel management expertise and the ability to handle time-sensitive itineraries with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with Sabre GDS and proficiency in core commands (PNR, fares, ticketing).
• 2+ years international booking experience, complex itineraries, CPA or DoD fares preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle email, callbacks and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated travel counselor for U.S. military personnel and government travelers.
• Book domestic and international travel via Sabre, including complex multi-leg itineraries.
• Provide consultative advice and upsell hotel and car services within policy.
• Maintain compliance with travel policies, regulations, and security requirements.
• Manage end-to-end booking process across phone, email, and back-office systems.
• Operate in multi-channel environment with KPIs like CSAT and productivity.
