Job summary

Cayuse Holdings in Austin, TX seeks a Proposal Coordinator to lead the end-to-end proposal process. You will craft RFI responses, capture approaches, and manage color team reviews to produce client-ready proposals and quotations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Managers and Business Development, maintaining libraries, and ensuring compliance with government procurement sites and company standards. Requires government proposal experience.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree with 3 years of experience in technical writing or proposal writing, preferred.
• Two-year Associates Degree or seven (7) or more years of work experience in business/government environments, minimum.
• Prior Federal Government proposal experience, required.
• Experience with Shipley or equivalent proposal processes and compliance.
• Experience reading Government RFPs, RFQs, Sources Sought, and RFI.

Responsibilities

• Create the layout, formatting, and design of proposals in compliance with government requirements.
• Draft proposal portions such as introduction, overview, project approach, and cover letter.
• Manage entire proposal process including capture, bid/no-bid, compliance matrices, drafts, color team reviews, and final production.
• Synthesize proposal materials into a client-ready package.
• Navigate procurement websites to highlight opportunities and perform daily queries.
