Innovas in the United States is seeking a Program Analyst (Intern) to support the Senior Program Manager in ensuring effective project management and smooth operations.

You'll handle data input, analysis, and reporting, coordinate meetings, record minutes, track action items, verify milestones, and assist with invoicing issues. This internship offers exposure to government programs and hands-on PM skill development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in a project support or analyst role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate project data in designated systems to support reporting and visibility.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment with program timelines.
• Review project artifacts and flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps for Program Manager awareness.
• Support resolution of invoicing and payment issues in coordination with Contracting and Finance.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings; prepare and distribute meeting materials and notes.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Program Managers and team members.
