What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimization of government contracting systems, ensuring data integrity
- Manage the eFAACT system and its integration with QuickBooks Online and payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and federal timekeeping rules
- Support client accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot system and data issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with government contracting systems and financial data management
- Strong accounting background with 3+ years of experience in reconciliations, job-costing, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with SQL databases and experience with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset

- Knowledge of indirect rate structures and compliance rules
