Procurement Sciences Inc. seeks a Senior Event Marketing Manager to own and grow our sponsored events, field events, and webinar programs.

You will shape the strategy, invest wisely, and personally lead planning, promotion, and follow-up to drive measurable pipeline. You will partner with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and the broader team to deliver experiences that attract government contracting professionals and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B event or field marketing experience with independent ownership of programs and budgets.
• Hands-on experience across conferences, field events, and webinars with end-to-end responsibility.
• Track record of turning event engagement into meetings and pipeline with measurable results.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Experience partnering with Sales/BDR for target accounts and post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own event strategy, calendar, budget, sponsorships, and performance.
• Lead trade shows, conferences, and industry sponsorships end-to-end.
• Plan field events like dinners and roundtables with target accounts and regions.
• Own webinars from topic selection to on-demand delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate promotion across email, social, partners, and sales outreach.
