Job summary

GovCIO seeks a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, proposal activities, and compliance across the Task Order. You will work with the Director of Business Operations and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient, auditable processes and cost controls.

The role requires deep FAR/CPSR knowledge, experience with Deltek Costpoint, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote, federal environment with periodic travel for onsite meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain or procurement within government contracting.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA and TAA compliance.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and related procurement workflows.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills focused on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support all supply chain and proposal activities across the TO.
• Prepare status reports and documentation for ROMs, RIPs, and TARs.
• Participate in planning meetings with program leads, TPOCs, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain proposal and purchasing processes compliant with TO, CPSR, FAR, and DCAA/DCMA best practices.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Supply Chain to track licenses and maintenance.
• Support program control and finance with accruals, cost projections, internal cost accounting, and invoicing coordination.
• Track and reconcile all active and projected proposals, procurements, and travel against CLIN funding.
• Interface with corporate resources to submit purchase requisitions; monitor PO submissions.
• Apply FAR/TAA knowledge to ensure compliant procurement.
• Utilize Deltek Costpoint and Connect to manage full lifecycle of purchase requisitions.
