Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior Google Ads Specialist to lead PPC and SEO strategy across multiple industries. You will own client performance, coordinate with internal/external specialists, and shape growth roadmaps during sales calls.

This hybrid, senior role blends strategic thinking with execution oversight, including reporting, QA and continual improvement for measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• 4–7 years in PPC, SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels together.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients.
• Experience leading execution teams and QA.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues quickly.

Mansioni

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across multiple industries.
• Join sales calls with account executives to validate scope and pitch recommendations.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for every client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit campaigns, keyword strategies, bidding structures, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical and on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing project manager.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
