Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a GoAnywhere MFT Administrator to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise-wide file transfer operations in a fully remote role. You will be the SME for architecture, automation, and administration of the GoAnywhere platform, collaborating with Epic EHR teams, vendors, and security groups to ensure compliant data exchange (PHI/PII).

You will lead platform maintenance, upgrades, and automation projects, onboard trading partners, integrate with SQL Server and cloud storage,

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on GoAnywhere MFT administration in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP/FTPS/AS2/SCP/HTTPS).
Experience managing encryption standards and certificate lifecycles (OpenPGP, AES).
Experience building automated MFT workflows with error handling and alerting.
Understanding of networks: firewalls, DMZs, DNS, load balancers related to file transfer traffic.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain GoAnywhere MFT platform for performance and high availability.
Perform upgrades, patch management, capacity planning.
Design and deploy automated workflows to replace manual scripting.
Onboard external trading partners and define transfer rules.
Integrate GoAnywhere workflows with SQL Server, file systems, SMB shares, and cloud storage (Azure/AWS).
Ensure HIPAA and HITECH compliant data transmission; manage certificates/keys; configure SFTP/FTPS/AS2/HTTPS.
Monitor audit logs, create dashboards, generate reports for security audits.
Act as Tier 3 escalation; collaborate with network teams; participate in on-call rotation for hospital data feeds.
