Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in website operations, digital publishing, ecommerce, CMS management, or web production.
- Cross-functional release coordination with marketing, IT, analytics, and compliance partners.
- Ability to translate performance insights into prioritized improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end web intake, prioritization, and delivery across stakeholders.
- Publishes and maintains global page builds, updates, navigation, redirects, and file management.
- Owns web QA standards, functional testing, accessibility checks, and link validation.
- Coordinates releases, sprint planning, deployment schedules, and release notes.
- Maintains site governance, taxonomy, naming conventions, and URL structure.
- Owns privacy and consent operations and ensures measurement readiness through tagging.
- Partners with analytics and technical teams to monitor performance and resolve issues.
