IVC is seeking a Group Clinical Trials Manager to lead the operational delivery of sponsored clinical trials across our international network of veterinary practices. This home-based role requires regular travel to clinics and meetings across Europe and North America.

You will own day-to-day trial operations, manage sponsor and CRO relationships, develop plans and timelines, recruit clinics, deliver GCP training, drive enrolment, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Veterinary, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical trials experience.
• Experience in pivotal Phase III trials is desirable.
• Experience with sponsors or CROs.
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MSc, PhD) or project management certification desirable.
• Prior line management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operational delivery of multiple clinical trials across veterinary clinics.
• Act as primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the trial lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors and CRO partners.
• Develop project plans, timelines and risk management strategies.
• Recruit and onboard veterinary clinics into clinical studies.
• Deliver GCP and protocol-specific training.
• Drive study enrolment and engagement activities to maximize participation.
• Provide guidance on protocol implementation and study delivery.
• Monitor study progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage and support a team of regional Clinical Trial Coordinators.
• Ensure trial activities comply with GCP and relevant regulations.
