MariaDB is seeking a Global Tax Manager to own coordination of the global tax compliance calendar and support statutory books across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with the Corporate Controller and accounting team across time zones to ensure filings are timely and accurate.

The role requires 5-8 years of tax and accounting experience, a CPA, and hands-on exposure to VAT/GST, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA certification required.
• Experience with multi-entity multinational tax exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global tax compliance calendar across jurisdictions.
• Review and validate returns and filings for consistency with books.
• Monitor registrations, nexus questions, and tax authority inquiries.
