Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Advisor, International Sustainability to help shape global carbon programs and credibility across international markets. You will collaborate with partners, consultants, and tech providers to design, manage risk, and deploy sustainability assets worldwide.

The role emphasizes localization, program alignment, and stakeholder engagement to scale impact in animal health and livestock sectors.

Qualifications

5+ years in sustainability, agribusiness, or marketing within animal health or livestock.
Deep understanding of carbon markets and GHG accounting, including Scope 3.
Experience with carbon project design methodologies and standards.
Strong knowledge of dairy and beef production systems, with direct producer engagement.
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new carbon programs for international markets.
Apply sustainability standards to ensure credible program design.
Manage program-level risk and co-develop necessary documentation.
Oversee MMRV processes for sustainability assets in key markets.
Lead localization of the company's platform for international deployment.
Collaborate with food chain partners to provide technical expertise.
Identify and manage relationships with third-party consultants and technology partners.
