Zusammenfassung

Elanco is seeking an Advisor, International Sustainability to lead strategic design and scaling of sustainability assets for Elanco International markets, focusing on Scope 3 outcomes, monitoring requirements, and emission-reduction programs with regional teams.

You will drive carbon project design across key markets, manage MMRV processes, localization of the UpLook platform, and partnerships with commercial and research teams to advance responsible animal health leadership.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Animal Science, Animal Biology, or related field; 3+ years experience or PhD with 1 year.
• 5+ years in sustainability, agribusiness, or livestock marketing.
• Deep understanding of carbon markets and GHG accounting (Scope 3).
• Knowledge of dairy/beef production systems and producer engagement.
• English required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Location: United States or Brazil; travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Sustainability Ecosystem & Carbon Markets: design and evolve carbon programs for US, Brazil, and other markets.
• Standards & Methodologies: apply GHG standards and guide program design.
• Risk Management and Contracting: oversee program contracts with Legal and Ops.
• MMRV Oversight: manage monitoring, reporting, and verification processes.
• UpLook Localization: lead localization for international markets.
• Commercialization Strategy: identify pathways for program commercialization.
• Strategic Partnerships & Demand Generation: collaborate with sales and buyers.
• Vendor Management and Thought Leadership: manage consultants and represent Elanco externally.
