Job summary

Elanco is seeking an Advisor, International Sustainability to lead carbon program design and deployment across international markets including the US, Brazil, and others. You will drive end-to-end program development, ensure alignment with GHG accounting standards, and oversee MMRV processes with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong expertise in carbon markets, a deep dairy/beef production understanding, and collaboration with Legal, Operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Animal Science, Animal Biology, or related field; 3+ years experience or PhD with 1 year.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sustainability, agribusiness, or livestock sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end carbon program design for international markets (OUS).
• Develop and evolve carbon project design with stakeholders across regions.
• Oversee MMRV processes and ensure credible program monitoring.
• Localization of UpLook platform for international markets and data model alignment.
• Support contracting, vendor management, and thought leadership in livestock sustainability.
