Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote experienced Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. You will act as the primary client contact and oversee large, global clinical studies, coordinating with clients, CROs and Labcorp study teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma/CRO, strong program management, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management, and excellent communication. A life sciences degree and PM training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industry.
• 5+ years managing complex global clinical projects with budgets, risk and timelines.
• 5+ years client-facing and stakeholder management.
• 2+ years working within Central Labs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key client contact between clients, CRO, and Labcorp.
• Provide project management oversight focusing on budgets, risk, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver results.
• Review SOW for quality implementation of client requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
• Represent Labcorp CLS to clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
