Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a fully remote Global Study Manager (1-year contract) to support a key client account in Poland. The role requires handling client deliverables, budget and milestone oversight, and coordination with CROs and Labcorp teams.

You can work fully remote, with international scope and a focus on Signature Client Service. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor degree and 2+ years in clinical project management and the clinical trial industry.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical project management
• 2+ years of experience in clinical trial industry
• Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder management
• Experience driving projects, preferably with global teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Key contact for clients; liaison between Clients, CRO, and Labcorp
• Leads to ensure seamless study delivery and collaboration across LabCorp study team
• Provides project management oversight focusing on budget, risk, and milestones
• Facilitates communications between Client and LabCorp study team
• Reviews SOW to ensure quality implementation of client requirements
• Manages a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexity
• Represents LabCorp to deliver outstanding, personalized customer service
• Ensures customer expectations are documented and met per regulatory requirements
• Demonstrates self-organization to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
• Reports on performance metrics and supports continuous process improvement
