Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Global Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist to join sponsor-dedicated, remote teams with East Coast preference. You will identify high-performing sites, support feasibility assessments, and provide data-driven insights to inform study strategy.

In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with Development Ops, CROs, and study teams to enable rapid startup and enrollment planning for global trials, including rare diseases, while advancing patient access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial operations or 2+ years in site feasibility/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate sites that align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities including system setup, questionnaires, and site outreach.
• Track feasibility responses and report to study teams and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility issues for internal or outsourced studies.
• Collaborate with study teams to ensure data accuracy in CTMS and related systems.
