Parexel is seeking an experienced Global Site Contract Lead (SCL)/Senior Site Contract Lead (SSCL) to drive excellence in site contracting for global clinical trials. You will oversee the contracting lifecycle—from strategy and negotiation through execution—while aligning internal teams, sponsors, sites, and partners.

Qualificações

• Experience leading site contracting across multiple countries/regions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end site contracting for clinical trials, ensuring timely execution.
• Monitor metrics like cycle times and contract quality.
• Develop contracting strategy templates and best practices.
• Collaborate with global teams on budgets and fee parameters.
• Manage project-specific contracting teams, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate transparently with sponsors, sites, and vendors.
• Support cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations and Investigator Payments.
• Provide performance updates to clients and senior management.
• Ensure accurate budget tracking and resource forecasting.
