Job summary

Windstar Cruises seeks an International Lead to support Global Sales Agents, international Travel Agencies, and the global sales team. This remote, shift-based role handles bookings, escalations, and training to enable international success across markets.

The position requires flexibility, cultural fluency, and strong knowledge of Windstar products, with shifts spanning UK and Australia-friendly hours. Full-time remote work available for residents in listed states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a contact center environment.
• Experience supporting international sales agents or B2B travel partners strongly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work a non-traditional shift schedule to cover international markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact center support resource for GSAs, international TAs and the global sales team.
• Service new and existing bookings on behalf of GSAs and TAs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve escalations from GSAs and international partners, acting as a liaison between global sales and Windstar's operations.
• Interact with the global sales team on promotions, itineraries, and self-service capabilities to enable sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Windstar's yachts, itineraries, promotions, and policies.
• Work non-traditional shift schedules aligned to international market hours.
