Job summary

Genesis Research Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead global, cross-functional RWE/HEOR projects for pharmaceutical clients. You will coordinate study contracts, budgets, milestones, and client communications while mentoring teams across disciplines.

The role demands strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a preference for consulting experience in life sciences. Hybrid or remote options available in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (graduate or higher degree preferred).
• 2–4 years of global project management experience in Life Sciences, with consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the key client contact for designated projects and develops successful working relationships to secure repeat business.
• Leads execution of study contracts, master service agreements and internal reviews.
• Coordinates global cross-functional project team delivery and reports milestone achievements.
• Facilitates review and approval process for scientific communication deliverables.
• Manages study team assignments and resource requirements.
• Provides managerial support for internal and external research leaders by scheduling meetings and directing teleconferences.
• Serves as the primary client contact for progress and governance.
• Builds positive relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, and internal teams.
• Contributes to program engagements and business development opportunities.
