Job summary

Ladders seeks an Associate Director of Global Revenue, Technical Accounting & Reporting, remote from the United States. You will lead complex revenue accounting and reporting, partnering with Finance to strengthen policy application, close execution, and internal controls in a regulated life sciences environment.

The role focuses on ASC 606, SEC disclosures, and SOX controls, driving consistent global application and robust order-to-cash processes across U.S. and international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue accounting policies aligned with US GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Lead technical accounting assessments for complex revenue arrangements across markets.
• Prepare technical accounting memos documenting key terms and conclusions.
• Own the monthly close for gross revenue and accounts receivable, including reconciliations.
• Coordinate revenue SEC disclosures and supporting schedules.
• Establish and improve SOX controls over revenue and order-to-cash processes.
