Job summary

Astellas is seeking a Strategy Lead for Select Biomarkers / Indications to develop and lead Precision Medicine strategy across biomarker programs, including CDx partner evaluation, PM strategic plans, and launch planning.

You will collaborate with M&D, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access and cross-functional partners to implement diagnostic strategies across geographies and support US and global launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related field; diagnostic/CDx marketing experience preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing with oncology exposure.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for select biomarkers/indications and coordinate commercialization plans.
• Oversee US and global diagnostic strategy, CDx partner governance, and market access alignment.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and execute global diagnostic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
