Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is expanding its European Operations team and seeking an Operations Associate to manage end-to-end shipments in a regional network, with initial time in Hamburg and eventual relocation to Poland. You will coordinate multimodal logistics, focus on on-time performance, and work with partners to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in freight forwarding, logistics or ocean freight operations.
• Fluent in English and Polish; other European languages a plus.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute end-to-end movement of shipments within a regional network.
• Coordinate multimodal supply chain operations and ensure on-time performance.
• Maintain high-quality data and meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead client implementations and shipment execution for new opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations and ensure smooth origin/destination operations.
