Qualifications

• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple countries or global entities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed payroll ecosystem.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant with country regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for Poland and other assigned jurisdictions.
