GenScript is seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager, International, to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. This remote US role reports to the Associate Director and focuses on end-to-end campaign planning, creative strategy, and performance optimization across global markets.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in marketing campaigns within biotech or related fields, strong cross-functional leadership, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; background in life sciences preferred.
• 7+ years in marketing campaign strategy, planning and execution.
• Experience in biotech/biomedical/pharma industries preferred.
• Familiar with digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Experience planning large online and offline campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into campaigns.
• Develop insight-driven creative strategy and omni‑channel content development.
• Oversee content creation and ensure brand alignment and timelines.
• Build GenScript storytelling across campaigns for consistency.
• Optimize processes and tools for timely production of materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization insights.
• Lead the campaigns team and drive ongoing development.
