Job summary

Armada is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead the production of modular data center solutions, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency across global facilities. You will partner with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and Deployment to scale manufacturing capabilities and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership, ideally within modular construction, heavy electrical infrastructure, or data center systems.
• Proven expertise in capacity modeling, labor standards, and S&OP processes in a high-mix/low-volume environment.
• Strong familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Lean Manufacturing methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
