• Proven track record in executing complex operational strategies that drive growth.
• Experience managing global operations and remote teams.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L, budgeting, forecasting.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in renewable energy or related tech desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term strategic operational plans aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives.
