Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sr. Director of Strategic Pricing and Deal Architecture to develop pricing strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and optimize pricing tools including Power BI.

This remote, globally oriented role includes overseeing pricing initiatives, market trend analyses, and data-driven decision support to drive revenue growth and efficiency. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and involves collaboration with Product Managers

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in pricing tools and data analysis platforms, such as Power BI.
• Experience with shared services operations and process optimization.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders to drive strategic goals.
• Global pricing initiatives and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Directors to optimize pricing models and shared services processes.
• Lead pricing analysis and market trend evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation of pricing tools and systems, ensuring effective integration with business operations.
• Manage a team delivering data-driven insights and reports to support pricing strategies and business performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in deal architecture, enhancing operational efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to influence product development and positioning through strategic pricing recommendations.
