Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI therapies, seeking a Senior Leader to drive global clinical trial operations and project finance. You will guide a senior team, shape strategies, and ensure compliant, timely delivery across multiple regions in a remote setting.

The role emphasizes policy improvement, client engagement, and collaboration with sponsors to deliver high-quality services while supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in global clinical operations or project management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial risk management abilities.
• Expertise in ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for global clinical trial execution and timelines.
• Oversee project management and project finance teams and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement organizational strategies, processes and best practices.
• Ensure adequate staffing, resource planning and performance management.
• Support business development with bid defenses and client interactions.
