Job summary

Alimentiv is a global CRO focused on GI therapies, seeking a Manager to lead the Clinical Monitoring function and oversee Clinical Operations Leads. You will ensure high-quality, compliant monitoring across projects and collaborate with sponsors and sites throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes regulatory adherence to ICH-GCP, process improvement, and contractor management in a remote/global setting. Join Alimentiv to advance GI research and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Health Sciences or Life Sciences; SoCRA/ACRP certs are assets.
• 4–6 years of clinical research/monitoring experience with ongoing training.
• Experience leading CRA or Clinical Monitoring staff, including performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Clinical Monitoring across projects.
• Develop and oversee staffing, training and performance of Clinical Operations Leads.
• Ensure staffing levels align with project priorities and capacity.
• Define project-specific monitoring strategies, regulatory compliance and global delivery.
• Identify and resolve site, sponsor and monitoring issues; ensure regulatory adherence.
