Qualifications

• 2+ years in a product owner, business analyst, digital, technology, or related role with data-focused initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP) and tools such as JIRA, Rally, and Microsoft products.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions and validate outcomes.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across business, technology, and data teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day agile product execution for one or more teams supporting Data Modernization.
• Translate data product vision into sprint goals, prioritized stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage data product backlog with clarity, readiness, and alignment to business value.
• Break down features into user stories with acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Partner with engineering and architecture to deliver cloud-based data products and capabilities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities related to data quality, accessibility, usability, and scalability.
• Accept completed stories and validate that delivered solutions meet expectations and create business value.
