Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Product Owner for the contact data domain, a telecommuting role to maximize the business value derived from data assets. You will define the strategic roadmap and success metrics for data products and govern data standards across downstream systems.

You will collaborate with analysts, data scientists and platform teams to drive AI/ML automation, data enrichment and data integrations, ensuring data is accurate and readily accessible to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.
• Five (5) years leading end-to-end data product lifecycles, from scope to UAT.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap and success metrics for the contact domain data products.
• Govern global contact data standards and policies across downstream systems.
• Implement AI/ML-driven automation to improve data quality and standardization.
• Consult data consumers, analysts, and data scientists on data sources and definitions.
• Collaborate across functions to manage data acquisition, enrichment and integrations.
• Maintain data accuracy via operational monitoring, validation and reporting.
