Studying for a Bachelor's in Marketing or related field, you’ll coordinate multiple projects in a matrix environment and learn tools like Jira, Wrike, and Teams while working remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or related qualification in marketing or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to create assets.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a matrix organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Wrike, and Teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote resources and training materials on customer advocacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to identify value points in the lifecycle.
• Help develop advocacy branding and program guidelines.
• Create customer stories in various formats (case studies, blogs, videos).
• Support cross-functional teams to amplify reviews in campaigns and on websites.
