Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director - Global Communications Intelligence for a remote role in the United States. The position focuses on building measurement strategies, dashboards, and data systems to deliver actionable intelligence for strategy and content development.

You will enable advanced signal detection, leverage AI tools, and partner with Marketing and analytics teams to drive performance insights across global communications functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
• 7 years of experience in communications, marketing, or business intelligence with a focus on data analytics, measurement and insights, ideally in a global, matrixed organization.
• Pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and measurement programs that link communications to business outcomes.
• Produce executive-ready insights and narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Apply AI-driven tools to analytics workflows and trend forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on listening and analytics with cross-functional teams.
• Strengthen data literacy across the function to drive decision making.
