Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Trial Leader to oversee oncology and/or inflammation trials from planning through closeout. The CTL will lead core and extended teams, ensure timely milestones, and drive patient and site engagement while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on a global scale.

The role emphasizes GCP adherence, risk mitigation, and collaboration with CTMs and other functions to ensure high-quality trial delivery and timely reporting.

• Strong clinical trial project management experience.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA/PMDA).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for trial preparation timelines and feasibility assessment.
• Oversee trial conduct with focus on GCP, safety monitoring and data integrity.
• Manage outsourcing of vendor services and trial budgets.
• Coordinate trial closeout activities and timely data delivery.
• Contribute to trial strategy and milestone planning.
