Job summary

Parexel is seeking Clinical Trial Leaders in the US with Oncology and/or Inflammation experience to guide trials from planning through closeout. CTLs lead core and extended teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risk, and communicate trial status to stakeholders globally.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory requirements. Involves engagement with sites and vendors to drive speed and value for patients.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical trial project management experience.
• Experience in Oncology or Inflammation therapeutic areas desirable.
• Familiarity with US FDA, EMA and PMDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trial preparation, feasibility, and country allocation.
• Lead trial documentation development and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure GMP/GCP compliance and risk mitigation during conduct.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure timely trial milestones.
• Coordinate trial closeout, data delivery, and reporting.
