Cogstate Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple Cogstate Services projects and ensure on-time delivery across global clinical trials. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive agile processes across Start-Up, Conduct and Close-Out phases.
The role demands 7+ years in pharma/biotech/CRO project management, PMP preferred, and strong mentorship skills. This remote-friendly position offers a competitive salary range and a comprehensive benefits
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, business or technical discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- 7+ years project management experience in pharma/biotech/CRO.
- Supervisory/mentoring experience preferred.
Mansioni
- Lead complex global clinical trials projects and new service offerings.
- Manage client relationships as main POC for studies.
- Oversee portfolio teams across Start-Up, Conduct and Close-Out.
- Proactively manage risks and guide teams through challenges.
- Coordinate audits and inspections; support sponsors.
