Job summary

Barrington James is seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager for a remote role based in the United States. You will own key clinical programs, coordinating with executive leaders to drive project strategy and execution.

You will manage global teams, oversee CRO vendors and study milestones, and ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards. A strong background in managing Phase I–IV trials within CROs is required.

Requirements

• Previous Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO.
• Proven experience managing Phase I–IV clinical trials.
• Experience overseeing global and/or complex clinical studies.
• Strong sponsor-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing study budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related discipline.
