Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Program Manager – Strategic Planning & Capacity in the Americas region. The role focuses on end-to-end management of the Global Capacity Planning model, onboarding new customers, and guiding corporate strategy through detailed data analysis.

You will coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing and business units, translating large datasets into clear insights for executive leadership while leading multiple cross-functional projects and driving proactive solutions.

Qualifications

• Nine+ years of program management or strategic planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Strong data analytics, Excel proficiency, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Capacity Planning data asset and keep it validated.
• Collaborate with BUs to gather future demand and growth projections.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites to capture capability data.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries for leadership reviews.
• Support onboarding of new customers and early engagement initiatives.
• Manage multiple planning timelines and projects concurrently.
• Identify data discrepancies and resolve bottlenecks.
