Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking an Accountant Support & Service Manager 1 to lead a remote, geographically distributed team of accounting professionals. You will own outcomes end-to-end, drive engagement, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will use data and KPIs to guide decisions, hire and develop talent, and align operations with Intuit's values. CPA/CPB or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification plus 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• CPA or CPB credential, 5+ years managing books for small business clients or equivalent
• Remote workforce management experience across time zones
• Ownership mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; data-driven decision making
