Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking an Online Data Analyst to conduct structured quality audits on spatial and mapping datasets from a remote, flexible setup. You will verify, evaluate, and validate complex geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools and detailed reference materials.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, fluency in English and Spanish, and a deep understanding of USA geography and culture.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (native or near-native)
• Residency in the USA for the last 5 consecutive years
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Deep regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of USA

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms and GIS tools
• Evaluate and cross-reference complex geographic and business data against authoritative sources
• Perform root-cause analysis for data conflicts and document discrepancies precisely
• Apply evaluation frameworks with consistency across geographic and cultural data variations
• Work across diverse task types (Maps, News, Audio tasks, Relevance)
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence
