TELUS Digital is seeking an Online Data Analyst to conduct structured quality audits on geographic data and mappings. You will verify, evaluate, and validate complex geographic information using GIS tools and reference materials, ensuring accuracy across multiple sources.

The role emphasizes rigorous reasoning, documentation of discrepancies, and collaboration with a flexible, remote contractor workforce.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (native or near-native proficiency required).
• Residency in USA for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Deep regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of USA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms and GIS tools.
• Evaluate and cross-reference complex geographic and cultural data against multiple sources.
• Perform root-cause analysis when data points conflict across sources and document reasoning.
• Apply evaluation frameworks with consistency across geographic and cultural variations.
• Be open to work across diverse Task Types (Maps, News, Audio, Relevance).
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms and geographic intelligence.
