Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking an Online Data Analyst to audit spatial and mapping datasets, verify geographic and business information, and document discrepancies. This fully remote role requires strong analytical thinking and fluency in English and Albanian.

You will use GIS platforms and mapping tools to ensure data accuracy and provide feedback to improve algorithms. Responsibilities include cross-referencing sources, applying strict evaluation frameworks, and delivering precise, well-reasoned

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Albanian (native or near-native).
• Residency in Albania for the last 5 consecutive years.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Deep regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of Albania.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytical, technical, or research disciplines (preferred).
• Stable internet and access to a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms and GIS tools.
• Evaluate and cross-reference complex data against authoritative sources.
• Perform root-cause analysis when data conflicts occur, documenting reasoning.
• Apply evaluation frameworks consistently across geographic, business, and cultural data variations.
• Be prepared to rate tasks across diverse types (Maps, News, Audio, Relevance).
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms.
