Job summary

Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking a GIS Asset Management Specialist to support public works clients with asset management workflows, GIS data maintenance, and EAM system configuration. You will collaborate with project managers and GIS professionals to keep data current and help clients derive value from their systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on asset management experience in public works or utilities, strong GIS expertise, and excellent communication to support field and office staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with EAM/CMMS platforms such as Cityworks, OpenGov, Lucity, Brightly, Maximo, or similar.
• Public works, municipal, or utility operations experience (streets, water, sewer, stormwater, fleet, or facilities).
• Strong working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS (ArcGIS Pro/Online/Enterprise) and ability to translate workflows for clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support client EAM/CMMS systems (Cityworks, OpenGov, Lucity, Brightly, Maximo, VUEWorks or similar).
• Maintain GIS asset data and EAM records in sync.
• Build and refine work orders, inspections, and maintenance workflows.
