Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Junior GIS Analyst to support the Army National Guard through CIP helpdesk and SDSFIE specialist work. You will handle data aggregation, QA/QC workflows, and tool optimization while maintaining data integrity across ARNG geospatial layers.

You will work remotely with periodic on-site coordination in the Washington, D.C. area, using Python for validation and GIS tools like ArcGIS Pro, SQL, and Portal for ArcGIS to meet DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of GIS experience.
• Experience automating workflows with Python.
• Familiarity with GIS concepts and production techniques.
• Hands-on with ArcGIS Pro, SQL, and MS Office.
• Experience with Enterprise GIS, Portal for ArcGIS, and ArcGIS Dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Perform CIP data QA/QC and manage geospatial data for ARNG.”
• Support CIP tools and Python scripts for validation and reporting.
• Update GLAD application to meet program specs.
• Provide Helpdesk support for CIP data submissions.
• Assist SDSFIE standards migration and stakeholder training.
